All about wrapping, packing into boxes, loading to the container..

I know most of you don't like the moves mainly due to the pain involved in packing, clearing, cleaning, setting up at new place etc. You can't escape this one thing if you want to move especially cross globe after staying for 15 years. Our stuff was been picked up yesterday after days of organizing, trashing unnecessary stuff, dropping reusable ones at friends & good will stores. It took two 12 hour days for the packers to do the packing, putting them in boxes, loading into two different trucks (one for the stuff that goes in the ship, other one for the stuff that goes in air).

First Post..

I have been thinking about start blogging about my move to india from USA. Not getting time as I have been busy taking care of LOT of things for the move. As I am coming closer to the move, created this blog and will try to post my experiences regularly from now onwards.

Named this blog as Silicon Valley US to Silicon Valley India. You must have guessed it by now that I am moving from California Bay Area to Bangalore.
